AZ ELŐADÁS ANGOL NYELVŰ.
With examples from the Fedora Project as one of the technical leaders in
the Open Source Software Eco System and the ISECOM as the creator of the
OSSTMM, this session gives an introduction to people who are dealing
with security and safety in their organizations and are looking for ways
and means to cover real security needs. This session is an invitation
for all who are looking for ways to quantify trust and security in an
unbiased way. It gives an introduction to the current state of the
Fedora Security Lab and to the new Fedora Security Test Bench.
Joerg Simon is a contributor to different OpenSource Projects. You can
see results of his work as a ISECOM team-member, where he created the
OSSTMM-Lab as a platform for teaching security - and within the
Fedora-Project, where he works on Security Test Applications like
dsniff, unicornscan or others. He maintains the official
Fedora-Security-Spin and left his traces as the former FAmSCo Chair and
a Member of the Fedora Board. He is in charge at HIC AG for the
HIC-Audit-Service and the Research and Development.
